Open to senior content marketing and brand leadership roles in B2B tech. Let's talk:

About Me

I turn narrative chaos into order. For 15+ years, I've helped B2B tech companies make complex concepts land with the people who buy them, from enterprise rebrands to AI-era content strategy. My favorite work is building the systems behind the story: brand voice standards, self-serve sales libraries, and the AI content agent I built to plan, draft, and repurpose content in a consistent voice. These samples show both sides: the writing + the systems that hold a brand together at scale.

AI Workflows

Blog Creation AI Workflow

This is the workflow behind the blog skill in my custom AI content agent, which I designed and directed in Claude Code and Visual Studio Code. It takes a post from topic to published, then repurposed. The agent builds the brief, researches, drafts, and repurposes the final post for LinkedIn, X, email, and newsletters. I review the brief, verify every reference, build the approval draft, check that it's on-brand, and route it for approval when needed. Several steps call other skills I built, noted on the diagram. I mapped the workflow in Canva.Demonstrates: AI workflow design, human-in-the-loop review, prompt engineering, brand voice and accuracy guidelines

Sample Editorial Calendar for Fictional Company

I built this sample Q1 editorial calendar for a hypothetical B2B AI/data security company.I developed it with my AI agent (Claude Code + Visual Studio Code), using the content marketing workflow and editorial calendar planning skills I designed and the brand voice guidelines built into the agent. I laid it out in Canva.Demonstrates: AI-assisted content planning, funnel-mapped strategy, AEO-era measurement

Strategy & Systems

Theom Analyst Recognition Campaign

Theom received three recognitions from two analysts in one week. I created a cohesive campaign that complied with both analysts' rules. The campaign included a press release, landing pages, blog and social media posts, email templates, and sales enablement battle cards, ultimately driving a 30% increase in demo requests, 3 closed deals, and international press. These are three of the public-facing pieces I wrote for that campaign.Demonstrates: integrated campaign strategy, earned media, sales enablement, pipeline impact

Snowflake Glossary

When I began editing Snowflake sales enablement course content, each course had an ad hoc glossary written by that course's SME. This created inconsistent glossaries with terms often defined differently from course to course. It also took a lot of time to write a new one each time.I created a single, 200+-term glossary that could be linked in each course and worked with the Sales Enablement Ops Manager to upload it and keep it updated on the intranet site where AEs took their courses.Demonstrates: editorial standards and governance, cross-functional collaboration, technical translation

How I Build a Brand Voice From Scratch

This framework describes how I build a brand voice from nothing. This is the same process I used at Theom, TarrenPoint, and for Flint Avenue client work.Demonstrates: brand voice development, style guide creation, editorial enforcement

Baker Hughes Rebrand

I led the rebrand of 200+ assets for Baker Hughes in 12 weeks, a timeline that held even after COVID ended in-person meetings in week 3. This case study describes how I scaled the project.Demonstrates: brand systems leadership, workflow design under pressure, cross-timezone team management
